1880-CC Morgan Silver Dollar MS-64

The 1880-CC is one of the harder Morgan silver dollars to find in a mint state grade.  Over 500,000 Morgan dollars were struck at the Carson City Mint in 1880. Almost 100,000 of those did not meet the standards for silver fineness and were melted the following year, leaving a final mintage of 495,000.
